Lectio Divina Prayer

The Lectio Divina group come together to explore, discuss and reflect upon scripture readings, primarily the following Sunday Gospels.  Through  this, we can not only grow in our understanding of the words and example of Jesus Christ but, through the peeling back of the many layers contained within, explore how these same words apply to the situations and experiences of our lives.  This is not an exegesis or formal scriptural study and no theological knowledge is required. Rather, it is a sharing of our faith and belief in the person of Christ as we come to a deeper understanding of the rich depth contained within the gospels. The group meet every Tuesday morning in St. Marys room from 10.45-11.45am
