 Electrical

Complete rewiring of the entire church

Installation of CCTV Cameras inside and outside the church

Installation of a new monitored Fire Alarm System

Upgrade of current Burglar alarm system

Installation of five web broadcasting cameras to stream a live picture with sound from the church to the parish website

Installation of extra lightning to uplight the ceiling and provide extensive extra lighting on the altar and dome.

New external lighting

Provision of a number of lightning conductors on the roof of the church

Extensive upgrade of the current sound system and provision of a new loop system

New wireless microphone system

Upgrade and repair of the electronic bell system and repair of the access ladder in the tower.

Provision of a mixer and wired microphones for the Choir Gallery

Heating

Complete replacement of the heating system from oil to gas, all pipes and radiators replaced along with extra radiators and a new gas boiler installed with old boiler and tank to be removed.

Other Works

Replacement of the frames on 30 windows at the back of the church, double glaze of windows and repair of brickwork

Restoration and repair of the wooden floors in St Mary’s room and surround and in Sacristy and Office.

Installation of new fitted kitchen and equipment in St Mary’s area.

New fitted presses and sink in flower room

Building of two bathrooms in St Marys (one being suited for wheelchairs)

Building of a new wheelchair ramp at the sacristy/parish office door

Installation of new kitchenette and sink and count table area for parish office

Provision of a press for altar server room

Painting of the entire church with the exception of the ceiling but including St Mary’s room, sacristy and parish office.

Installation of brass safety rails at both sides of the altar with polishing of the sanctuary lamps, twelve brass candle sticks and tabernacle.

Refurbishment of the bathrooms in both the sacristy and parish office

Cleaning of all drains outside and levelling of car park

Resurfacing of car park and relining for 60 car park spaces

Three gates and pillars and rails at the front to be installed

Replacement of all steps including steps at the front with granite steps and also with new wheelchair ramp.

Replacement of all flat roofs at sacristy and St Mary’s

New ceiling for St Mary’s Room and Parish Book Shop

Replacement of lead flashings on roof, clean and repair of all gutters on the roof

Re-glazing of roof sky  lights

Washing of granite pliniths

Cleaning and painting of woodwork and metal work on gutters etc

Repair of planters at the front and provision of water point

Provision of a new carpet for the entire body of the church

Carpet on altar is to be professionally cleaned.
